A Few Things I've Done...

13. Watched a lightning storm at sea - portland coast...we literally almost got washed away, we had to climb up on some the we rocks to continue our bonfire.
14. Taught yourself an art from scratch - I like to try new things...one i remember particularly was jewelry making in highschool, my teacher had all the materials and tools then basically just said, go for it. That was fun!
15. Adopted a child
16. Had food poisoning - Literally slept on the bathroom floor that night...not sure what i ate, but it was not fun.
17. Been to the Statue of Liberty
18. Grown your own vegetables - helped allison with her garden one summer
19. Seen the Mona Lisa at the Louvre
20. Slept on a train - on the mission...long days coming home, as well as our trip from madrid to barcelona after my mission.
21. Had a pillow fight - don't remember a specific one, but i know i have had many!
22. Hitch hiked
23. Taken a sick day when you’re not ill - who hasn't!
24. Built a snow fort
25. Held a lamb
26. Gone skinny dipping
27. Run a Marathon
28. Ridden in a gondola in Venice - no, it was too expensive
29. Seen a total eclipse
30. Watched a sunrise or sunset - so many times, i can't count. but one of my favorites was when i was dating Forest and he took me on a plane ride one morning...that was absolutely amazing!!
31. Hit a home run
32. Been on a cruise - going this summer!
33. Seen Niagara Falls in person
34. Visited the birthplace of your ancestors
35. Seen an Amish community
36. Taught yourself a new language - So, i can't take all the credit, but learning spanish as a missionary, i defnitely felt like i taught myself a lot!
37. Had enough money to be truly satisfied
38. Seen the Leaning Tower of Pisa in person
39. Gone rock climbing for real. - Place that i fell in love with climbing - Las Vegas, Red Rock Canyon. But I love the climbing around here, it is beautiful!
40. Seen Michelangelo’s David
41. Sung karaoke - way too many times
42. Seen Old Faithful geyser erupt - freshman year at Ricks College
43. Bought a stranger a meal at a restaurant
44. Visited Africa
45. Walked on a beach by moonlight - Southern California

48. Gone deep sea fishing
49. Seen the Sistine Chapel in person - It was amazing...but take binoculars 'cause the ceiling is super high.
50. Been to the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris
51. Gone scuba diving or snorkeling
52. Kissed in the rain...definitely recommend it :)
53. Played in the mud - way funner than a pillow fight!
54. Gone to a drive-in theater - car seat made it a little difficult to cuddle
55. Been in a movie - my friends made a movie for the BYU-I film festival...i was the main character.
56. Visited the Great Wall of China
57. Started a business
58. Taken a martial arts class

60. Served at a soup kitchen - elementary school, Miss Hicks took us to a soup kitchen to do service
61. Sold Girl Scout Cookies (Camp Fire Candy) - every year in elementary school! Almond Roca is still my favorite :)

63. Got flowers for no reason - tulips from a boyfriend
64. Donated blood, platelets or plasma - yes, and I almost passed out...i don't give blood anymore unless i have to.
65. Gone sky diving
66. Visited a Nazi Concentration Camp
67. Bounced a check - more than once
68. Flown in a helicopter
69. Saved a favorite childhood toy - I think I have a few boxes of them...I know I still have all my Barbies :)
70. Visited the Lincoln Memorial
71. Eaten Caviar - in Spain...it was way salty and really nasty
72. Tied a quilt - young women projects
73. Stood in Times Square
74. Toured the Everglades
75. Been fired from a job
76. Seen the Changing of the Guards in London
77. Broken a Bone
78. Been on a speeding motorcycle - thank you, wayne :)
79. Seen the Grand Canyon in person - from the airplane...does that count?
80. Published a book
81. Visited the Vatican - it was pretty amazing
82. Bought a brand new car
83. Walked in Jerusalem
84. Had your picture in the newspaper - for my current job - my school recieved an art grant and there were pictures of myself and my students.
85. Read the entire Bible - I've read about 2/3 of it...just couldn't get throgh the entire old testament! maybe one day :)
86. Visited the White House
87. Killed and prepared an animal for eating
88. Had chickenpox - when i was really little...all i remember is the oatmeal baths and it really hurt when i went pee...i'm sure you wanted to know that!
89. Saved someone’s life
90. Sat on a jury
91. Met someone famous - Lee Greenwood, He wrote the song "Proud to be an American...where at least i know i'm free..." ok, so he's not that famous, but his song is.
92. Joined a book club - we read Armor by Kim B. Clark. had some great discussions.
93. Lost a loved one - both of my father's parents, and a few friends of the family.
94. Had a baby
95. Seen the Alamo in person - can't forget the Alamo!
96. Swam in the Great Salt Lake
97. Been involved in a law suit
98. Owned a cell phone - yes, and i can't imagine not having one!
99. Been stung by a bee
100. Visited Italy - and i can't wait to go back!

I was so excited when I stumbled upon your blog. I haven't seen you since our days at BYU-I. By the way let me know if you know how any of our other roommates are doing. Take care.

hey -- I ate caviar with you! In Spain! Ah man...I miss it! And I miss you! We need to play sometime. I say that all the time, and I know life is incredibly crazy. You are so good at dropping random texts or notes or comments on blogs....I do think about you often and hope you're doing well! Love ya mujer!
